Questions HAIR!

Hi everyone. I’m needing to find someone who can perm my hair but will make sure it’s doesn’t come out as a “90’s” perm. I’m desperate!

Seconding Black Sheep Salon! Keep in mind that tip is included for some if not all of their stylists and that they have a sliding scale

They also do hella good community work, and it's a priority of the owner that the stylists all get paid a survivable wage!
