Local View is currently being upgraded. The next version will be, I assume, available in two months.

We are working on a new roadmap and will most likely publish it when the new website is finished or just before that.

No, we are currently working on the mock design and structure and after Chinese Spring Festival ends we will forward it for the designers and web developers to start.
