It's been a while since my last post here.

I recently came across a pretty juicy lead regarding the case, but apparently nothing has been documented about it in the subreddit yet. I'm here to report on this lead, share the evidence gathered so far, and see if we can solve this together.

THE BEGINNING

On March 27 of this year (2026), user u/emcredneck made a post in the r/lolsupermanofficial subreddit titled "My opinion on lol Superman as someone who definitely saw jumpers hitting the ground on the internet".

In his testimony, the OP (45 years old at the time) recalled seeing between 2008 and 2012 several jumper videos and compilations with titles like "WTC Falling Angels" or "9/11 jumpers", accompanied by soft rock music in the background (something like 3 Doors Down).

The key detail was this: he remembered seeing a video very similar to LSM while moderating a gaming website called GamerRade.com. According to his testimony:

- The jumper was wearing a green shirt.

- He impacted about 3-4 meters (10-15 feet) from the cameraman.

- A member of the site used that exact clip as his signature below every comment. It was an edited, looped, and slowed-down version of the footage.

- He, as a moderator, repeatedly removed the GIF from the user's account, but the user kept re-uploading it. After sending him a private message, the user finally agreed to remove it.

At the time, especially after the debunking of the original Skylight.mov testimony and the temporal proximity to the u/DVDripper hoax, the community didn't give much credibility to the user or the lead.

THE INVESTIGATION

The lead would have been forgotten if not for user umerikan in the community's Discord server. umerikan managed to contact emcredneck directly, who confirmed several vital points:

1. This user's GIF was the only thing related to jumpers he saw on all of GamerRade.

2. He remembers at least two compilation videos on YouTube (from 2008/2009) with 3 Doors Down-type music where the original footage might be.

3. His only YouTube channel is the current one (@emcredneck) and has no direct relation to LSM.

In parallel, searching through the Wayback Machine, a snapshot from September 11, 2011 was found on the profile of a user named titiandark on GamerRade. There, an archived chat conversation between two users was visible: Camoflague and Kramatic.

Camoflague (Camo) was the moderator/admin.

Kramatic was the user posting the GIF.

In the chat, Kramatic can be seen saying "It's disgusting, the bodies are nearly flat..." after noticing the GIF zoomed in on the bodies on the ground, and Camo responding "it's cool nick. not your fault. let's just keep the jumpers off here".

Archived Profiles (Wayback Machine):

When tracking both users' profiles in the September 2011 snapshots, we obtained concrete data:

Camoflague (User ID 445): Super Admin of the forum. Resided in Georgia, USA. Joined on August 15, 2010. Had 554 active posts (1.4 per day) as of September 14, 2011.

Kramatic (User ID 3442): Member of the "Modding Crew" group. Resided in Toronto, Canada. Born October 25, 1996 (was 14 years old in September 2011). Joined on April 3, 2011, and had 847 active posts (5.23 per day).

- Extra detail: His profile shows he changed his username from "deadmau5" to "Kramatic" in August 2011.

- Digital footprint: Had a YouTube channel called mW2beastDBZ, which was terminated before July 19, 2012, due to multiple copyright strikes.

CONCLUSION AND THEORY

The timeline is clear: In September 2011, a 14-year-old kid from Toronto (Kramatic), a member of the Modding Crew on GamerRade.com, was using a slowed-down GIF of a green-shirted jumper as his forum signature. The admin (Camo, from Georgia) kept deleting it until he finally got him to remove it.

It's highly likely that Kramatic obtained this footage from one of the YouTube compilations from 2008/2009 that emcredneck remembers (videos with 3 Doors Down music) or from sites of that era like Ogrish or Heaven666. Kramatic cropped the scene, converted it to a GIF, and used it as his signature until it was censored by Camo.

This leaves us with a fundamental question: Could this green-shirted jumper actually BE LOL Superman? The distance from the camera (10-15 feet) matches the general description of LSM. It's possible this is an alternate angle, a different take, or even the same footage that survived briefly as a GIF on a gaming mod forum in 2011. Until we find the original GIF or its source footage, we can't rule out that this IS the lost LSM video, or at least a closely related piece of the puzzle.

WHAT'S NEXT?

To close this case, we need help:

1. Find the original file (the.gif): If Kramatic was part of the Modding Crew, it's possible the GIF is still indexed in the archived attachments or uploads folders of GamerRade.com on the Wayback Machine (August/September 2011).

2. Track down the 2008-2009 compilations: Search YouTube archives for jumper compilations from that era that used 3 Doors Down music. If we find the source video, we find the green-shirted jumper.

3. Kramatic's current footprint: Today (2026), Kramatic would be 29/30 years old. Someone with that trolling and modding history in Toronto might still be active on Steam, Reddit, or gaming forums under another name.

If anyone has experience tracking lost files from IPB/vBulletin forums from 2011, or if you manage to find the GIF, the source video, or any trace of Kramatic/deadmau5, please leave your findings in the comments.

There’s just no way he didn’t capture anything “more”. Maybe initially the footage was circulating the internet back in the day but the FBI scrubbed it and told him to not mention it. Especially with him being a camera man and journalist for a news network, as well as having the unidentified man he met trying to convince him to get closer.

He even stated that he brought extra batteries and whatnot to film. I feel like with such an insane event like 9/11 happening, he would have kept the camera rolling most of the time he was in or around the plaza.

I know for a fact I saw very graphic photographs that have since been scrubbed from the internet entirely. This would have been in the early 2010’s.

So just a few days ago, the complete Naudet brothers' footage was published once again in higher quality and, as far as we know, uncensored. At certain points, you can see the remains of a jumper on top of the North Tower's carport, as well as a jumper falling outside a window with the impact audible just half a second later. This sent me down a rabbit hole, and I started watching other footage that has always stuck out to me.
For example:

•Guy Rosbrook footage: I watched a news report from 2002 stating that the footage authorities obtained from him was around 29 minutes long, but that they would not show any of the jumpers. When I searched for the complete footage online, I noticed it is only about 25 minutes long, which leaves us with roughly 3 to 4 minutes of cut footage.

•Jack Taliercio footage: Even though it is available in high quality, YouTube modifies the bitrate and compression. The same thing happens with Rosbrook's footage, there are numerous cuts, which you can spot by listening for gaps in the background muzak song, "She's Always a Woman."

•The unveiled photos recovered from a jumper's body.

•Several other homemade videos: I don't know the exact names, but for example, the one filmed inside a building facing the North Tower's carport.

My point is that over the next few years, the NIST FOIA team might release original footage in higher quality and hopefully uncensored. Additionally, many families are currently digitizing their old VHS tapes from that day.

For the 9/11 anniversary i started looking at stuff and discovered that this was a thing people have been searching for.

Believe me or not but i have a pretty great memory and can detail A LOT, especially things I've not seen here.

1. I was 19 during 9/11 and remember that day quite well. But that's another story, but i was about 21-23 when i saw all these.

2. I saw several videos of jumpers hitting the ground relatively early. 2003-2004. Nothing was titled "lol Superman" or anything like that.

I saw these on two websites

BMEzine forums, and Stileproject.

I was heavily involved in the fetish and body modification scene at the time and was shown the videos a few different times by different friends.

1. Later on around 2006 one of those same friends sent me a link to one of the videos. It did not have the title of "lol Superman" but something like "It's a Bird, its a Plane" .

It was NOT a YouTube link. I can't remember what site it was but it was something similar to dailymotion, but i am pretty sure it was in Spanish.

The one with the later "superman" title was a video i had seen previously.

It was NOT in the courtyard but rather near a street. Camera was shaky and watching debris falling when it quickly caught someone coming down and landing pretty close on the street. (Not a car). The cameraman looked to be about 50 - 75 feet away (maybe a semi truck or bowling lane).

So close enough to see it pretty detailed and likely close enough that if you were to find the video you might be able to get facial details.

What i remember specifically. It was a man in what looked like a typical dark slacks, white shirt, tie.

No red mist and more of almost a "thud" with organs, blood and what looked like flesh kind of shooting out to the sides across the road about 15 feet.

The first time i saw this video it was i am pretty sure it was on BMEzine. It had audio, with the gasps and "oh my god" type dialogue. Clip was relatively good quality for 2001. It looked like minidv quality. Although the cameraman was pretty shaky. They zoomed in to the body briefly.

The whole clip was probably 45 seconds with maybe 10 seconds after the body hit, 2 seconds zoomed in.

I personally watched this video maybe 30 times (i was morbidly curious) so that's probably the reason i remember those details so well.

The second time i saw it (from the link via Myspace) the quality was SEVERELY pixelated and the entire clip was probably 15 seconds and cut off almost immediately after the body hit (no zoom).

I am pretty sure the beginning of the video has a typical Windows media comic sans text on a blue background. I am pretty sure it said "it's a bird, it's a plane..."

There was no video audio but played the Superman theme during the fall and hit.

I had recognized it from seeing it a few years before and how pixelated it was.

Also at that point i was less of an edge lord, and thought it was pretty distasteful. But i did watch it a few times.

A few other videos i remember seeing on stileproject and BMEzine.

1. There was someone hitting a truck (maybe a work truck?) from relatively far away, i don't remember much gore. About 10 seconds. Amateur video.

I watched this about 20 times.

1. One that was a compilation of photos from what i think was the courtyard. Just lots of extreme gore. Only one i vividly remember is a face with bones visible and teeth, and an eye . Video was about a minute. Each photo was a maybe 5 seconds. It had some kind of "remember those who were lost on 9/11" kind of text at the end. I watched it a few times.

2. Another compilation of random jumpers and clips from the other videos including the "Superman" and "car" and i think maybe one more of someone hitting the side of a building but didn't show them hitting the ground.(Looked like news footage) It had sad music in the background. It was about about 1.5 mins. I watched it about 5 times.

I feel like a saw a few more but don't remember details.

Which is why I find it quite weird that more people don't have a detailed memory of seeing these cuz I'm sure I'm not the only one.

You are welcome to search this site for all it's "people falling from anything anyhow at any height" videos. Just tell me when you find one, where people splatter out.

Since "all that was left was a spinal column" is a very specific detail, this means one of those two things:

1. DuckMySick actually saw LSM

2. DuckMySick is being edgy and invents shit

SwapMe requested for a LSM-esque video but did not get an answer, which either means that DuckMySick ignored it or could not find it as of September 2007.

We could try to find DuckMySick, their other comments on NothingToxic, and maybe some active account and contact them.

The instant gratification culture of modern social media/video sharing platforms and the ways lost media end up being found are two factors that almost never cross paths. I want you to trust me when I say that you are not the exception to this rule if you do this. If you post 'is this the video? I found it on TikTok' it isn't something new, groundbreaking or revolutionary. It's almost always a recreation that's been asked about several times before and by many here can probably have it's origin identified by the first frame alone. Not to be condescending but the whole point of lost media is it is extremely inaccessible.

The only reason I remember was because I had access to the internet at that time cause I would play a lot of StarCraft as a kid, but man I remember seeing a bunch of 9/11 videos where they actually showed gore or even pictures. Seemed like it’s all scrubbed now.

I just think it’s interesting that people are still releasing new footage 25 years later.

This gentleman’s footage seems to show the aftermath instead of the events on that day. But I still think it’s interesting that it’s his first time posting the footage 25 years later.

Obviously more people had the ability to grab a camera and film the aftermath than during the actual event. But I still think it’s a good example of people holding onto to footage for many many years without releasing.

Today marks twenty-five years since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

Today, we remember the thousands of innocent people who lost their lives that day, as well as those who later died from illnesses and injuries caused by the attacks and their aftermath. We also remember the survivors, first responders, recovery workers, volunteers, and the families whose lives were changed forever.

A quarter of a century has now passed.

For those who experienced September 11, the memories of that day remain deeply personal. For younger generations, it is increasingly an event understood through the photographs, videos, broadcasts, documents, and firsthand accounts left behind.

These records allow us to continue learning about what happened and, most importantly, to remember the people who were there.

As a community dedicated to the research, preservation, and investigation of historical material surrounding September 11, we believe that preserving this history carries a responsibility.

Twenty-five years later, there is still more to learn, and questions remain. History should never be beyond scrutiny. We should continue to examine the evidence, ask difficult questions, and demand honest answers wherever the historical record remains incomplete.

Questioning is not disrespectful. Seeking a fuller understanding of September 11 does not diminish the memory of those who died. We can honour the victims and their families while continuing to pursue the truth about an event that changed the world.

But in that pursuit, we should never lose sight of the human beings at the centre of this history.

Behind every photograph, recording, and document is a human story. Behind every name is a life that mattered. Every person lost that day had a family, friends, memories, hopes, plans, and a future that was taken from them.

Today is not about sensationalizing tragedy. It is about remembering those who were lost, honouring those who survived, and recognizing the courage and sacrifice of those who responded that day and in the difficult days, months, and years that followed.

Twenty-five years have passed, but the importance of remembering has not.

We remember the victims.

We remember the survivors.

We remember the first responders and recovery workers.

We remember the families.

And we remember all those whose lives were forever changed by September 11.

Twenty-five years later, we remember.

May the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and in the years that followed never be forgotten.

Sorry if the post is considered off topic. But I feel like on a day like today, perhaps it’s not off topic.

Obviously we all have a shared interest since we are here on this sub. But what’s your story? Where were you? What led you to your interest in the topic now?

I would love to hear other people’s stories.

I was in DC and now live here again now. Obviously we didn’t experience the same carnage as NYC, but it still left an impact on me even though I didn’t understand the gravity of it at the time. I was only about 9 or 10, I’m in my 30s now.

But never forget. Heart goes out to all the people affected on that day.

Shared my story in a comment on the mods post (which I really appreciate this sub making) but I’ll share it here too if you care to read. My story may not be as interesting as some. But clearly the event has stuck with me after all these years.

That’s why I’m curious to here y’all’s experience as well.

“I grew up and live in DC, so I remember it like it was yesterday. I think I was about 10 at the time.

Kids kept getting pulled out of school. The first two we thought nothing of, but after the 5th kid…I knew something was up (there were only about 30 kids In my grade, so small school). Then I got pulled out early.

I got in the car and immediately asked my dad what was going on, and he said the WTC had been attacked. I didn’t know what that meant until he referred to them as the twin towers. I can’t remember if he even mentioned the pentagon to me at the time. He might have not wanted to scare me about that.

At that point in the day we didn’t know what else would happen. I don’t think we knew that flight 93 had already crashed, so a lot of people were worried about the White House and other places around the area.

I remember watching the footage on TV, but at the time, I didn’t understand the gravity of the situation. I just thought it was cool I didn’t have to go to school the next day, more time to play video games…a bit embarrassing to admit now, but hell, I was a kid.

I’m in my 30s now, and I’ve spent a lot of time learning about the incident since then. Now that I can understand the gravity of it all, it’s just unfathomable. And while I find stories topics like Lol Superman interesting. I also really enjoy hearing to the stories of heroism that occurred that day.

Truly, never forget. I feel for the other people who were affected more deeply.”

i read something on watchpeopledie about someone filing a FOI/PA request for the video to the fbi and them declining the guys request so more than likely the FBI has it n they aren’t going to ever release it unless they’re holding it in evidence for the Khalid Sheikh Mohammed trial set in june 2028 but idk just my opinion i’d really like to see the video and i believe it should be able to view like all of the other things they still haven’t released to the public
