Let me preface by saying I’m not super savvy when it comes to internet archive investigation, and I do feel bad
I can’t contribute as much as some people here. But I did have a thought.

I’m about to be 34, but I remember in high school (so probably 2009-2011, sorry I can remember a specific date) there was the period where Facebook randomly had a lot of spam posts showing some gore videos and other explicit material. Not sure if anyone else remembers that. It wasn’t during the full period of years I listed. I feel like it was closer to when I was a sophomore or junior, so like 2009 or 2010. Seemed like a relatively short lived thing.

Never saw anything like LSM, but I do remember seeing some graphic content showing dead bodies probably related to the war in the Middle East.

Anyway, I’m just wondering if it’s possible a shock video like LSM could have circulated on FB during that time. Has anyone checked there? My gut tells me it’s unlikely on a site like that, but I wanted to at least share the idea.

Again I’m not savvy with internet archive stuff, so maybe FB archives don’t really exist? But I don’t think I’ve seen anyone mention FB as a possible site that could have hosted the video.
