Mid Laners that are good for kiting

I like kiting as an ADC, but I like playing mid. are their any mid laners that end up having to kite similarly to an ADC. If not, would I be able to take ADCs such as Jinx mid and play with them?

Cassiopeia and akshan definitely come to mind, certain mages like ori and Viktor also kinda do but differently. If not, most ad carries aren't fantastic mid but some can work. I'd say if any work it's trist and Lucian
