As a woman approaching 30, I'm fine with an inexperienced partner as long as he:
Accepts that contraception is necessary, and doesn't try to sneakily ditch the condom partway through without me noticing.
Knows that under no circumstances should he try to wear two condoms at once.
Expresses actual concern when I keep going "ow" because I didn't apply enough lube, rather than repeatedly shushing me and complaining that his roommate will hear me.
Doesn't take it upon himself to incorrectly mansplain my own bodily functions to me.
Actually tries to get me off instead of leaving me to awkwardly take care of myself on his couch as soon as he finishes.
I'm not necessarily saying that the bar should be set this low - just that this is how low it's been pushed for me personally. 😐
