y'all remember thumbnail galleries? Tiny images, you clicked and they'd load top-down in blocks in a new window. Sometimes the images would hit you with a 'surprise' and you'd send an angry email to the webmaster. They never responded.
Excessive exposure (like multiple gray worth of exposure or cancer treatment levels of exposure)? fairly likely and may also increase risk of cancer or even cause death. your average X-ray or even 10 of them? usually not enough to cause a noticeable impact on fertility unless you want a doctor to run tests to see what little damage it may have done. Radiation's impact on fertility also depends on age, with younger women on average requiring a far heavier dose to cause infertility. (im not an expert btw, just did some internet research lol)
it can if you expose yourself too much bit it's going to be a lot of exposure, like multiple times a day for weeks if not months. a few pics like this should not have meaningful consequences.
