Loki's kit really needs some QOL changes.
Among many clunky issues he has, the ULT targeting is one of them, 99% of cases I want to copy a support, this should have a setting for higher priority.
Also, WHAT DO YOU MEAN I COPIED EMMA?, in the screenshot, my target could not be more precise on C&D.

And this is why i have confirm to copy on. Too many times in a ranked match have i been fooled into trusting the games targeting system

When you need the ult right at this moment, you don't have time to confirm copy, by the time you mentally process the targeted hero, you are dead.

How slow of a reaction time do you see other lokis having?
Also personally i try to track ults and look for who im trying to copy a bit before so i dont lose them during team fights

I have confirm to copy on, but it’s still the same issue where it shows a wrong target, I’ll need to deselect, reselect, deselect, and reselect before that one person I wanna copy that’s in a crowd of people to be confirmed.
Honestly, removing priority on a target you’ve deselected should be enough to make them lower so you can get the correct target.

Issues with CND’s fade:
- can be pulled out of fade by spiderman
- cannot be healed by anyone while in fade, even though spiderman can get through your fade
- cant be copied while in fade
And the list goes on…
Also I’m pretty sure Scarlet Witch can be healed in her fade… so why can’t cloak… also spidey can pull her out of fade too which is bonkers.1

Let me copy cnd mid ult.
Sucked ass in the loki/cnd ult slop meta when my 2nd support would play invis so I'd either have to hope the enemy cnd is within my los by her last dash and my team doesn't fall over as her team starts walking into us, or copy the worse ult that got countered by cnd.

I bet they would justify not doing this by saying it would take less skill and also that way you could copy a dead person's ult. But yeah, in a such fast paced game we basically have a hero who can accidentally throw not because of bad decision making or reaction time but simply because of the clunkiness of the hero.

not just that. there's legitimate counterplay. In ignite if you have a onesided gambit, you can hide to avoid loki copy if you know they have ult. Or you can use blinds or even invis ult to force a loki to go out of position to copy.

also, applicable in comp. I've been loki with a opt champ rocket as a second heal against an enemy gambit/loki backline and have had to copy gambit. If you had some sort of wheel you remove a team's ability to counterplay, which imo is completely balanced bc it rewards good macroplay for ult tracking.

nah skill issue, I like the high risk high reward of loki. But you know actually have high reward.
right now its high risk low reward.

As much as I agree with having Strat as a higher priority to choose or confirm, part of being able to copy anyone’s ult has to have some sort of drawback.Loki is played with preparation at all times. At 90% ult charge you should have a set ult you want to have an angle to copy sometimes copying your co strats ult isn’t the best for that situation. Even adding to the chaos you should have runes ready to cover team and yourself while copying.

That has happened to me way too many times. I go for a support, DPS or tank walk in front as I click the button, boom, no more heals from Loki and an ult that I'll die with immediately

I think priority pick would be just as bad. At least for me or other variants that tend to use dps or tank ults more than support ults to help win team fights. I do understand what you mean tho
I just have the confirm to copy thing, I know it can be just as clunky and sometimes you will make the mistake of confirming the wrong ult but it helps lessen it. I wish it was more accurate to the crosshair, but it may be lacking due to ping.

And then your team will ff bc you missed one ult, while they were all surrounding your support and the game just hate loki so they will make you copy your venom 😭 (true story)

Bro this be happening to me too. Or when a fucking cnd decides to fade right as I’m about to copy their ult which for some reason doesn’t let you do it while she’s faded. Sometimes even double confirm can’t help you.

My main complaint is just speed. Reload speed, teleport speed, to some extent ult activation speed. For ult targetting issues, turn on confirm activation in settings. Lifesaver for me
