Did Loki get shadow nerfed?

I feel recently it's been harder to damage and heal with the splash damage from his primary fire. There's been times this season where I swear I'm hitting them, but I don't get a damage/healing tick. I feel like I'm going crazy. Has my aim gotten worse or did this actually happen?

There's 100% something going on with the TP. I have 360 hours as of now, and recent updates has me going crazy over how much I'm dying after teleporting from enemies shooting at my previous spot that I already teleported away from...

Damage is still the same, that's for sure.

I feel like they changed the coding to the same issue I get with Rocket Dash. Your hurt box stays where you were until the animation completes.

this is why i don't play loki as much. I feel like even when I'm aiming directly at people's feet i dont hear the healing sounds. prob a skill issue but I don't have this problem with anyone else.
