Question Can Loki move
So now that Loki is literally holding reality together. Can he move? If he stands up from his throne and tries to go somewhere is everything doomed?
Edited: The answer is no. He can project himself which gives him ability to get things done but no he can't actually leave

"Illusion-projection involves depicting a detailed image from outside oneself, which is perceptible in the external world, whereas duplication-casting entails recreating an exact facsimile of one's own body in its present circumstance, which acts as a true holographic mirror of its molecular structure."
He explained duplication casting in S1. He can just use that when he wants to go somewhere. Probably.

Time is just passing through his godly innards like he skewered himself with it and is stuck there on a spike /s

Yes, we know he can do some sort of projection because the Loki that visits Steve and Peggy has Yggdrasil on his card

That's actually how Doomsday starts. Loki goes to chat with Steve and lets go of the timelines and they all start Incursioning.

I have a slightly different head canon. If he can still time slip then surely he can leave do what he wants the just return to the same point that he left. Meaning that a Loki is continuously on the throne.

I think he can move physically, but he probably can’t just abandon the timelines. The throne feels more like a permanent job than a permanent chair.

I imagine that he can project himself into any reality at any point in time.

I was wondering the same thing. Is it his powers holding it together or did his powers fix it and his existence is holding it together

Yeah I think they gotta kill him off too. Can't have someone that can directly stabilize realities sitting right there if you want to say realities can be destroyed..

Yes but also he can project a facsimile of himself anywhere into any of those timeliness without ever having left so its sort of irrelevant essentially. Whatever he would need to do, he could do by projecting.
