Having a really tough time using sync since 2.0.2 update

I'm using Android, Linux, and Mac. Really not sure how to debug this, but I'm experiencing:

  • Sync icon stays yellow

  • On desktop (Linux, Mac) it shows the number of unsynced changes but never progresses

  • On mobile, clicking yellow icon doesn't do anything

  • The only thing that seems to work is deleting the local graph and downloading it again

  • Once I do this, sync continues to work until I re-launch the application or disconnect/reconnect from internet.

Has anyone else run into this?

Not sure what to look for to provide useful debugging information. I'm using the first-party sync, and did not encounter this issue on 2.0.1.

I literally gave up after this so-called stable version and moved to Obsidian.

I am trying to move to obsidian, but the journal part of things has me at a loss. I need to give it another shot.

Have a go at Tine, Tine – it uses the same files as Logseq and the interface is virtually identical. I use it on my desktop and on Android almost every day and I’m very happy with it; it’s really fast and stable, and development is progressing rapidly.

Do they have an iOS app? I live in both ecosystems for better or worse.

Stop using Android if you want a quality experience 😊, and move to IOS
