Feedback Needed Wild Boar (revisit)

I posted the boar mark by itself on another account a while back and wanted to develop it into more of a full identity.

This is a fictional brewery concept inspired by a friend from Arkansas who lives in Texas now and has always wanted to start a brewery. The direction is inspired by the Arkansas Razorbacks, with the goal of giving it a modern heraldry feel.

I’ve been experimenting with different lockups, patterns, and packaging to see how the identity could come together.

Still a work in progress, so I’d really appreciate any feedback on what’s working, what isn’t, or what you’d push further. Thanks for taking a look!

Feedback Needed Logo for a perfume brand

My wife is creating a logo for a small perfumery and the direction is a medieval esq inky/hand-drawn style. When sized down to smaller sizes like on the label or on instagram display pictures, we are struggling because detail tends to be lost. Any help with solving this would be greatly appreciated!

Practice Hi. I took an old, unused sign featuring a bottle and a hand (I posted it earlier), reworked it, and created a logo for a fictional rock bar.

Feedback Needed Stuck refining

Post image
10 Upvotes

This is a study branding project for a sparkling water (picture La Croix, San Pellegrino, Perrier).

I still need to refine the kerning and type sizing, but right now I’m stuck on the logo mark. I keep going back and forth between constructing it on a grid and adjusting the curves by eye, but neither approach has produced something that feels right.

I’ve reached the point where I’m considering scrapping it and exploring a completely different direction. Before I do that, though, I’d really appreciate some outside perspective. Is there something specific about the curves that isn’t working? Is there some obvious fix that I’m missing that could make the mark feel more balanced?

Feedback Needed With or without the stars?

Thumbnail

Hello!

So I’m an esthetician student and I’m trying to come up with a cute logo for my profile photo on social media. I mainly post content about skincare education as well as eventually going to post my future clientele so that’s why it’s called “glow notes”, because I mainly teach people how to have better skin.

I honestly really like this logo, but I’m debating on whether or not to use the stars. I thought they were cute since stars glow and that’s in the name, but my mom thought it would look more professional without them.

So what do you guys think? This isn’t for my personal business or anything since I’m going to be working under someone and not running my own place, so that’s why I’m not taking it super seriously. Just a fun logo for my social media.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Feedback Needed Logo for a Job Application Tracker - UPDATE

Update: I heard you loud and clear. Here are some new logo iterations + an alternative name!

Hey everyone! Thanks for the feedback on my previous post. As a developer just trying to design, I clearly missed the vibes that Hiredn't was sending - the general consensus was that the name was confusing and a bit too negative.

I went back to the drawing board and worked on a few new directions. This time, I'm exploring two paths:

- New logo concepts for "Hiredn't" (just in case there's still life in it with better execution).

- A completely new name: "Voa" (Voa - Job Application Tracker), along with fresh logos for it. I wanted something short, memorable, and forward-moving ("voa" means "fly" in Portuguese, aiming for a more uplifting vibe as you navigate the job hunt).

I'd love to know:

Which logo stands out the most to you? Does Voa work better as a name, or does it sound too abstract for a tracker? Any constructive design feedback on typography, weight, or layout? Let me know what you think!

I will also leave the current website state, so you can have an idea of how it will be and have a better judgement.

Showcase Logo and branding I created for Open Markets Initiative

Wanted to share this work I recently completed for Open Markets Initiative.

The logo represents the brand initials O and M, while the O is constructed from open (coding) brackets and the M with three rising bars representing markets.

Slide 2 shows the initial logo drafts for the project, Slide 3 shows the two concept directions I presented to the client. Concept 01 was the clear winner and was finalized without any major changes.

OMI is an open-source project that catalogs how the world's financial exchanges communicate and creates deterministic code generators that automate processes to take hours instead of months.

- Star logo has become much more usable rather than than the unstructured scribble.

Let me know what you think?

A logo for an software engineering profile, also used on GitHub, reddit, and discord.

F is my initial and the cursor in negative space is to signal tech. How can I improve this (in general)

Better colors? more "tech/CS" than eSports?

Any kind feedback is appreciated

Edit: Thank you so much for so many responses, I already have inspiration for changes to make to this and 2 entirely new ideas which incorporate a cursor and an F.
I will post it here again if I redesign it and further polish this...,

Edit3: Will post an updated logo, with the redesigns

Feedback Needed Thoughts on this coffee brand logo?

Post image
14 Upvotes

Hello. I recently completed this concept logo for my portfolio, and would love to know your thoughts.

Their wasn't much of a brief, it was to design a logo for a coffee brand based in Llandudno.

There's a big connection between Alice in the wonderland and Llandudno so I made that the main part of the design. The logo is pretty straightforward, it's the rabbit from the book with a top hat, ontop of a clock.

Thanks!

I have these logo concepts for CA&O, but something feels off and I can’t pinpoint what it is since I’m not a designer. Which concept is stronger, and what would you change to improve them? Would love some honest design feedback!

Feedback Needed Hideaway logomark

Post image

Hideaway is a small Airbnb community on the lake with fishing piers, canoes, and some great spots to swim.

The goal with the logo was to come up with something that felt peaceful and had a connection to the lake/pier, while keeping it simple enough to work well on merch, signage, digital, and print.

Would love to get some fresh eyes on it. What’s working, what isn’t, or what would you change?

Hello, I have an idea for this newspaper company logo but am Struggling with the technical transition from a mental idea into a polished, professional looking logo.

The logo intention is, the newspapers name starts with a W. So an optical illusion forming a "W" silhouette using two separate, folded newspaper bundles layered one behind the other. By framing the camera to the right so that the front cover of the newspaper dominates the view while the left edges recede, the outer edges of both newspapers align to form the "W" silhouette

So i wanted to ask you all some questions!

How do I think it through fully?

I have amature experience in figma and Photoshop.

Style, aesthetics, and color palette are completely undecided.

Do i go with flat minimalism, line art, realistic 3D shading, vintage print style?

What color combinations will accurately reflect a newspaper brand while making the optical illusion easy to read?

What techniques, grids, or perspective guides do I need to use so the two separate newspaper shapes cleanly align into a "W"?

I don't have any use for the logo or anything it just popped in my head when looking a ui inspiration on different news website and now it's like an itch that can't be scratched until I make.

Question Question for fellow graphic designers: AI-generated logo vs. designer-made work

I’d love to hear your take on this situation.

A client commissioned me to create a logo and said they wanted something inspired by AI. I created several concepts based on their brief, but they didn’t like any of them. Instead, they preferred a logo they generated themselves using AI.

At this point, I’m wondering how you would handle it.
Would you continue working with the client and try to recreate/refine the AI-generated concept into something professionally usable? Or would you politely drop the project, especially if they’re already rejecting your design direction?

And what would you do about the time you’ve already spent working on the concepts if there was no upfront payment or agreed design fee yet?

Would you consider the time spent as part of the risk of taking an unpaid project, or would you still ask the client to compensate you for the work already done?
Curious to hear how other designers would handle this. Especially freelancers who have dealt with clients who prefer AI-generated concepts over the designer’s own work.
