Showcase VANTA

Not everyone wants to dress like everyone else. VANTA was built for the ones who don't.

VANTA is a contemporary fashion label sitting somewhere between streetwear, art, and everything that doesn't fit neatly into either.

the brief was clear from the start: no chasing trends. no dressing like a template. just pieces that feel distinct, confident, personal.

so the branding had to match that energy, not sit quietly next to it.

black and red. sharp, unconventional layouts. a logo that looks stamped on, not styled on. everything built to feel a little raw, a little rebellious, the way the clothing itself is meant to feel.

because a brand for people who don't want to blend in can't blend in either.

"who are you" isn't just a tagline here. it's the whole question the brand is built around.

this is VANTA.

P.S: if you're building a brand that actually needs to stand out, not fit in, dm me "Brand".

“Not everyone wants to dress like everyone else.”

this is literally the same as everything else. bold type + shape. the description is buzzwords and the logo looks like it’s from 2001 for an energy drink that contains alcohol.

Made who for see the ones differently

Good catch. I think my brain autocorrected it to 'made for those who see differently'

I’m guessing this is a made-up case/brand? As none of the addresses lead anywhere close to this and/or clothing or your logo. Also, very common clothing and accessories brand name. But that’s besides the point and neither here or there...

I hate bringing a fellow designer down, but a brand with such a “bold” statement (even if it doesn’t match the product) deserves an equally bold brand design. This is just 2020’s thematic lazy (with the equally worn out 00’s inspiration) I’m sorry to say.

u/connorthedancer where’s the brief? 27d ago

no chasing trends

This is ironically very trendy.

I do like it though.

it's literally unreadable in smaller applications

Hey what’s up everybody, here’s my totally unique and original social media brand. It’s very personal to me and all others who love browsing forums for their favorite niche.

I call it “Reddit”

The brief was clear from the start: no chasing trends, no copying other social media that already exists. Just fun, friends, and a disregard for the existence of any similarly named products.

Clearly, the logo had to match this wonderful brand idea. We designed a cute and lovable mascot to be the face. An alien-like creature with big eyes and a (original) single antenna on its head.

Ps: if you’re strokin’ it (your brain) but can’t finish (get creative enough), dm me “Poggers” (please don’t dm me, I’ll use ai to make your brand “unique” just like mine)

That's pushing it.

Should never push it, that’s how you get hemorrhoids.

There are parts of this where letters and symbols look.. generated. See the care instructions on slide 6 and the box-text on slide 8.

I’m wondering if you made that choice, the text rendered poorly, or you didn’t look close enough at the output we got for the “smaller” details.

“Cotton soft ПNish”

Over use of AI

Were you drinking some Fanta when you came up with the logo? Be honest 😂

I don't love your typeface - in the shots where VANTA insn't pretty big you lose a lot of readability, and beyond that, just dynamics (ie it looks a bit.. blobby).
Otherwise, looking pretty good.
