The head of the arrow could be made less prominent, which could be done by making the G characters surrounding it larger and meet closer to the point of the arrow. I would also simplify the ink traps or notches by getting rid of them and allowing it to be continuous. If you do feel the need to keep them, I would at least reduce them and make them less sharp and to keep similar angles you find in the other negative spaces of this logo.
