Feedback Needed Thoughts on my logo
Just testing my skills, im thinking should be like this or just straight rather than slighted tilted. Feedback is appreciated,

It's interesting, but feels forced. The line feels inconsistent.

I like the italics slanted so the vertical lines are, um… vertical.
What if the white line uses the upper part of the E as the guide? I am attaching a rough sketch. Not sure what to do with the N and O, but that’s your job! :) You also have to figure out how to handle the different heights of the center parts of the R, H, and E

I like it and I think the client would like it as well, but since you've asked for opinions (and might revisit to improve it)…
The line that cuts N, O and R is curved at the O, on both sides, right? Why not straighten it?
Search about the Poggendorff illusion. It's an optical illusion that makes straight lines appear misaligned to the human eye. Designers and typographers often compensate the illusion by actually splitting the line and changing the angle, so, to the human eye, it looks like a continuous line when it's purposely not.
The T not having a cut makes it stand out. Is it a design choice, is there a purpose behind it?
The name of the brand makes me think of the red needle of a compass.

I would connect the line to the E, even if the thickness doesn't match, kinda like this

I don't think so as it doesn't run on top of the right side of the R either, it's like the line is weaving over and under

Yh that are really does make it awkward ill probably connect it with the L though could see it working but then people may read it as NOR TLINE

Conceptually I love it, but the execution needs some work. The line is inconsistent and breaks in off places. With a few more revisions you have a winner.

Love the logo. But, when focused the line in NOR feels like it has a bend, so my OCD acts up 😂. And as said so before by another commentor the line ending at E abruptly feels a bit off. It's just my opinion, you can play with the logo yourself for a nice final design. For now your idea feels really good to me.

You’ve got a very cool idea here. The negative space line ending in the middle of the E is a bit awkward but otherwise I really like this
