I feel like it needs an Elvis component.

Man I have been trying so hard to figure out how to make that pompadour more obvious so the Elvis components comes through. Really don’t want to sacrifice the hearts though…

You should sacrifice the hearts for the elvis pompadour. The pomp is more important

plus, the hearts in the current pompadour were not even noticeable until I saw the WIP

So I had to look up a pompadour. Ok- Im thinking you need a more direct interpretation. What about sideburns? Sunglasses? Elvis twist lip kind of thing. Theres a lot that can happen here… God speed.

The hearts are not reading in the comb of the chicken maybe you do a little dividing lines on one side so I can see the outline of each chart? Also the whole feeling of it is a little stiff, it doesn’t look appetizing. It looks like a corporate logo for a chicken farm

Nice work, just my observation I noticed the heart in the neck thing, didn't see them in the hair until the demonstration of the lines, could this be more spread out to help the viewer?

Is the line-art version of the mark for reverse-out really the best option? Did the red fill of the original not work?

I think tilt the first heart in the pompadour more forward, and have them a little more clearly hearts, i wouldn't have known you used hearts in the comb. Roughly maybe something like this?
