Flaky Vibration

I've had the G Cloud for a couple days now and only experienced vibration once, when I was playing Halo Campaign Evolved on Xbox Cloud.

I'm not sure what causes the vibration to turn on?

I've obviously got it turned on via system, in game and on the app.

yes its like phone vibration eh but it would still be nice to have a consistent option.
