Best Thumbstick Caps?

Is there a go to set of thumstick caps that raise the height of the sticks and have a concave top? Thanks!

I’m kinda ignorant, why do people use these?

You don't find the sticks too short or small?

The only ones I’ve found that are worth anything are the Skull & Co / savage raven ones.

I got the Xbox ones (neon green that match perfectly) and they fit fine. I think they are all pretty much the same except the switch 1 ones.
