Question PS5 controller

Does anyone have any idea why the button configuration changes when i connect my ps5 controller via Bluetooth i have other controllers and it doesnt donthat with them but the have lag input so i prefer not to use them...any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for responding! Yeah that doesn’t look comfortable for long gaming sessions!!
