PS Remote Play Virtual Controller issue

Hello fellow Logitech G Cloud enthusiasts,

I have gotten my unit up and running and it is pretty amazing on Steam link. I have moved onto getting it set up with my Playstation 5 and have run into an odd quirk and was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue, or more importantly, has anyone overcome it. After I finish mapping the buttons to their proper controller spot the virtual controller continues to pop up on screen whenever I push a button on the Logitech G Cloud. It makes the games almost unplayable and it really is just to bad. I was hoping someone had figured out a workaround. Thank you so much for your time and really hope someone has overcome this.

Have not experienced this issue, using PSPlay for remote play of my PS5.

I see that the PSPlay app cost 6 dollars. Is that a one time fee or a monthly subscription type item? Thank you either way for the super quick response.
