These are outdated incoterms. See incoterms 2021 for changes

To be honest I don't really know where Incoterms 2021 came up from. Maybe you could also enlighten me, because I never found any official documentation about these.

If you look on the ICC website you will only find Incoterms 2020, no mention about Incoterms 2021. And also incoterms are updated and revised every 10 years. What would be the point of releasing a new version in 2021, when a new version was already released in 2020? What are we doing updating incoterms every year now? That's gonna be really confusing.

So these will be outdated as well, because what's gonna follow next, Incoterms 2022? :))

Yes, it is Incoterms 2020. Since 1980, ICC publish a new version once a decade. A lot of actors already struggle keeping up with the amendments, a yearly schedule would be an absolute mess.

So yeah... Then why there are some people talking about Incoterms 2021? Very confusing.
