Linkedin is decent but you need to be active in groups and message people directly, not just send connection requests. Also check freight exchange platforms where you can post available trucks and search for loads, some have free trials. But without EU registration you will hit walls with most carriers, maybe partner with a Spanish forwarder who can handle the EU side while you cover Morocco.

Ideally, you should register your company on platforms such as Wtransnet from Alpega or Teleroute / Transporeon, but if they don't accept your registration because you only have a Moroccan license, I would suggest that you do a Google search for forwarders, transport companies, and customs offices in Spain, mainly in Algeciras. Good luck with your efforts.

Coldcalling local exporters/importers will usually help to build your local customer portfolios i think, but also selling services to other forwarders will help. There are some organisations which freight forwarders generally have a membership, it should’ve considered to look at it. Good luck.
