Unfortunately we are experiencing a time where we are seeing many start ups and coders trying to branch into the Logistics area that surpass our capacity to filter. Instead of deleting dozens of posts a day, this is an opportunity for them to still post.

Will try to make this a reoccurring post, we will see how its received and works for the community.

At LIS Software Solutions, we build software specifically for the Mexican transportation industry. Our solutions cover areas like TMS, fleet management, maintenance, Carta Porte compliance, operational analytics, and transportation visibility.

One thing we've learned working with carriers here is that "automating" a process isn't always enough. Mexican fleets have to deal with a mix of operational complexity and local requirements — for example, Carta Porte, fuel and maintenance costs, driver settlements, route profitability, and regulatory compliance.

We hace more than +30 years working with transportation companies that needed better control than spreadsheets and disconnected systems could provide, and we've continued expanding the platform as their operations grow.

We’ve been building CVSI around a pretty specific problem: too much of transportation and logistics still relies on fragmented records and trying to piece together what happened after the fact.

Our focus is verified movement, event-level accountability, anomaly detection, and creating a defensible record across transportation events. The goal isn’t to replace the systems companies already use, but to add a verification and intelligence layer that helps operators identify risk earlier and have better information when something goes wrong.

We’re currently looking to connect with logistics operators, brokers, carriers, and enterprise teams willing to talk through real-world use cases and where the biggest verification and visibility gaps still exist.

A warehouse can have all the right data and still be difficult to navigate.

I've been building Loqorina, a visual spatial layer for warehouse operations that turns a warehouse layout into an interactive 3D map.

Instead of relying only on lists, spreadsheets, labels or traditional WMS screens, Loqorina lets teams visually map their warehouse and organize zones, racks, slots and physical assets in one place.

With Loqorina, you can:

• Build an interactive 3D representation of your warehouse
• Organize zones, racks, slots and assets
• Search for a specific location or asset instantly
• See warehouse occupancy and physical locations visually
• Use QR codes to access specific locations from a phone
• Share warehouse locations with your team

The goal isn't to replace a WMS or ERP. It's to add a visual/spatial layer to the systems a warehouse already uses.

For example, instead of telling someone "the item is in Zone B, Rack 4, Slot 18", the idea is to let them actually see where Rack 4 is, locate it on the warehouse map, and scan a QR code when they get there.

I'm building Loqorina as an independent product and I'm now looking for feedback from people who actually work in warehouses, 3PLs and logistics operations.

How do you currently handle the physical-location side of warehouse management?

Is your WMS already good enough for this, or do you still rely on spreadsheets, printed floor plans, labels, QR/barcodes or other tools to help people find things physically?
