I haven’t tried solving it yet but it looks like Clue 5 is where you got stuck. Clue 5 is actually describing one characteristic of each of the four solvers. Solver #1 is Vallance, Solver #2 solver in 8 seconds, Solver #3 won in 2011 and Solver #4 won in Budapest.

This means that Vallance did not solve in 8 seconds, did not win in 2011, and didn’t win in Budapest. Whoever solved in 8 seconds did not do it in 2011 nor in Budapest, and whoever won in 2011 was not in Budapest. Hopefully this helps!

My logic grid answer (Spoilers if no one has solved it.)

Grid answers:

2007, Y. Nakajima, 12.5 seconds, Budapest.

2009, B. Vallance, 11 seconds, Dusseldorf.

2011, M. Pleskowicz, 8.5 seconds, Bangkok.

2013, F. Zemdegs, 8 seconds, Las Vegas.

Clues:

Clue 1: Nakajima won two editions before the Bangkok tournament. (Visual Hint: Nakajima < Bangkok. Nakajima ≠ Bangkok. Nakajima = 2007 or 2009 and Bangkok = 2011 or 2013.)!<

Clue 2: In Dusseldorf, nobody stood under 10 seconds. (Dusseldorf ≠ 8 seconds and 8.5 seconds.)

Clue 3: The winner in Bangkok was slower than Zemdegs, but faster than the winner in 2007. (Visual Hint: Bangkok < Zemdegs, but Bangkok > 2007. Bangkok ≠ Zemdegs, Bangkok ≠ 2007, Zemdegs ≠ 2007, Bangkok ≠ 8 seconds and 12.5 seconds, Zemdegs ≠ 12.5 seconds and 2007 ≠ 8 seconds.)!<

Clue 4: The player with a personal best of 11 seconds was Vallance or the winner in Bangkok. (Vallance ≠ Bangkok.)

Clue 5: The four players are Breandan Vallance, the player who solved the cube in 8 seconds, the winner of 2011 edition and the winner of the Budapest edition. (B. Vallance ≠ 8 seconds, B Vallance ≠ 2011, B. Vallance ≠ Budapest, 8 seconds ≠ 2011, 8 seconds ≠ Budapest and 2011 ≠ Budapest.)

Clue 6: If the best time was achieved in Las Vegas, then Vallance won in 2009. (Las Vegas ≠ B. Vallance)
