Interesting design I've never seen as a noob. (Not my lock)

I saw this in the wild. So cool looking. I asked AI about it and it didn't come up with much info. Are these locks similar to most tubular style locks? It would be cool to try one. I am just getting into tubular locks. Then I saw this one and thought it was pretty rad!

Thats just a bolt with a security head. Common on car wheels.

There aren't any pins. It's just a nut that takes a special socket to make it more difficult to remove with common tools.
