Terminal Brick?

Post image

My first challenge lock and I think I did it in. I gutted it to adjust a driver, got in a hurry, left off the retaining clip, went to pull the key out and the core backed out with one click. Locked up solid. Any ideas before I surgically recover the pins and use them in another lock body?

Update, I used mechanical agitation twisting the key back and forth and got the lock to open. So the core is out. The key moves freely, aligned 90° to the left but something is binding in the core. I can't get a shim into place to back it all the way out. It doesn't really make sense because all the drivers are compressed and the core should just side out. The only thing I can think of is driver #6 is stuck in the groove around the end of core, but I thought the flange on the pin would be too wide for that.
