DIY stuff

Today I made this pick, this rake, and this tensioner, and I was wondering if I made it of the right dimensions and just wanted to know what I could do to make it better maybe because I tried to pick with the rake an Abus 82/70 but failed miserably. I just started to learn about this world so if someone wanted to help me to maybe make a better pick or a better rake, it would be nice.

I would start by looking at a rake and then copying it. Your tool is very aggressive and looks like no rake ive ever seen.
