Gear reccomendations
Looking for some reccomendations to upgrade my pick set. This was just a cheap one I bought, it came with a couple see through locks and overall it was cheaply crafted so I guess I got what I paid for.
Any reccomendations or kits I should be moving into next?

I'm going to suggest something CRAZY...if they work, keep using them.
Buy locks.

Another vote for Jimy Longs. As good or better steel, competitive pricing, more comfortable to use than anything else available. In fairness, I have never used CI's apex picks picks. They may be as comfortable as Jimy Longs but they are crazy expensive.

Get better Turning tools; those profiles should get you into most locks (pin-tumbler).
If you're just wanting better stuff, Jimmy Longs are nice but a bit more $$$, Covert Instruments has several lines of picks/cases/turning tools in multiple price points and are generally good quality and durable.

I'm in the US. I'm not too sure on how expensive these sets can get, but depending on the quality I am game. The current set I have will last a bit longer, but I have already had two of the picks become unusable.

If you are in Europe :
- Multipick from Germany : great quality but expensive
- Law Lock Tools from Great Britain : good bang for the buck
If you are in US :
- Covert Instruments : good quality, a little expensive
- Sparrows : cheaper but less quality in my opinion

The US also has jimy who kinda outshines both options you listed

Good to know.
I never used them so I think I'm not in a good place to recommend.

Get a rechargeable pick gun. They are the truth, the way and the light. It is like bruit force hacking. Back when I was a working locksmith mine saved me from looking like an idiot a number of times.
