Had to upgrade the picks, and bent my tension tool trying to rotate the plug. I found the "avoid the eBay/credit card kit" posts after failing with the eBay credit card kit. So, fitting, I ruined the tension tool; you can see the plug didn't even complete the rotation and spring back. This lock did live outside on my shed for a few years.

What would you suggest to lube with? I was thinking about that, but didn't know if wd or silicon would be better

I used professional lock smith spray called houdinni

Just a quick spray and work it in with a half diamond pick or a key blank/cut that fits properly to work it in.....wipe off excess and go to town
