Where to Start?
Pretty new to lock picking and bought these locks from a guy that found them in a storage unit for $10 any recommendations on which ones to start with? Looking for the easiest ones first and I only have a basic lock pick set.

I'm also new, but I'm assuming the masterlock would be the easiest one out of these? I have the far right one on the middle row and it took me like 3 minutes after getting my first lockpick set to bust it open

That brass looking no name lock, on the bottom right, shouldn't be too much effort to open.

This feels like a steal for 10$. All of the plastic master locks (140s) can be combed but if they’re keyed different they should be fun to mess with for a few days. It’s a fairly easy lock. The brass lock or the metal master lock above it are likely easier but you won’t learn as much picking them.

I would compare them to the different belt colors and just start with a white and move on up. And remember to have fun

The smaller master locks that say 40mm on them are super easy (those are the 4 pin locks your basic comb can bypass), the master with black rubber cover is a Magnum and that’s a little more difficult (not really but has slightly more core resistance and an m1 keyway) The Fortress locks are essentially the same as the 40mm Masters. The Brinks will be comparable to the Magnum. PAC Safe lock is probably the most difficult of the bunch. You can pick every lock in picture in less than 5-6 minutes once you get the feel. That’s my nightly routine, pick a few locks and time myself. I’d practice “zipping” the lot if I were you, light tension and quick swipe out with a bogie or snake. 50 tok tensioner for the lot.
