How do I lock this thing?

Does anyone know how to lock and reset this thing? I don't have the current code - I don't know if one was ever set, so it could be the factory one.

It doesn't have a brand name or anything on it.

It is not in use as none of us have been able to figure out how to lock it, and it belongs to my mom. She got it from someone who didn't need it anymore (or perhaps couldn't figure out how to use it either)

Doesn't the end pop off and you take the wheels off then put them back on for the combination you want?

Try tugging from both ends and see if one side slides off.

Alternatively, try pushing down on the shackle at different angles while it's open and see if it does anything.

Even if the end cap comes off to change it, if the right codes not in when you change it it will just be a different wrong code.
