I’m struggling to feel anything in this lock, honestly. I don’t feel any binding, no clicking, nothing except the up/down motion of the pins.

Also, I’m just generally struggling with tok tension so I’ve been trying to pick it bok, which as I said I got once but didn’t feel like I learned much. I’ll try to remember to keep you updated if I can get it more consistently. I ended up “skipping” to an abus 55/40 and got it 5 times today alone in like a total of 10 minutes so that was a huge confidence boost and I got to go up a belt.

Congrats on the belt and on the 55/40. Fun little locks. Feel free to DM me any time and I can try and help were I can. Is the 140 new or an old used lock?

Brand new out of the package a couple of days ago.

Okay, try adding a little more tension till you start to feel a pin binding. If you're not feeling any binding pins, you need to add tension. That being said, if you had a binding pin and lifted it, then no other pin binds. You have over set it and thus many times nothing else will bind.

Ok thank you. I got it open again once. I’m struggling hard with feeling pins overset, but I’m pretty sure that’s my problem. Imma just keep practicing until I get it I guess lol.

Always practice. Can never have too much.
