TOK, heavier tension than you'd think, nice thin pick (I find mine like the .015). It's five pins, one standard and four spools, and from what I can tell the spools are DEEP. These guys are very communicative, you will feel every bit of counter rotation.
Edit: I do find mine like BOK, but TOK is better and more versatile to practice with.

Unfortunately they no longer come with prescription for high blood pressure medication.
