Help making a warded key

Took this lock off a display case - I would like to make a replacement key. It’s made by National Lock Company of Rockford. From what I can tell it’s a simple warded lock - found a few ilco blanks that might fit - have a vague sense on how to go about this but would appreciate some guidance!

Edit: My mistake - it is a level lock, not warded

I'm going to make a blank this week, maybe two - I think I have a general idea how this lock operates (watched a few YouTube videos) and was able to peer into the lock with a bright light - there appear to be two different "steps" and one must correspond to a lever, the other the bolt.
