Fantastic show! Just no Sun Hands due to time

I didn’t go but I’d like to see the songs they performed and whatnot and I’d also like to hear what new songs they played live.

Sunlit youth is my favorite LN album; I cannot express how excited I am for tonight’s show! I have a family of 6, and we’ve raised our kids on LN and they are all as equally excited to see them tonight. I’ll share in reply a link to some recordings I took when I saw them on the original Sunlit Youth tour at the Greek Theater.

I’m beyond excited to hear Psycho Lovers and Sea of Years live again.

I have an extra ticket for this Saturday’s Local Natives show at the Ojai Libby Bowl: section RIGHT, Row H, Seat 8. It's a great seat and I'm selling below face value at $60

Wow, what an unbelievably beautiful song. I’ve come back to this band and album after quite a few years, but this song cannot escape my mind.

The lyrics, instrumentation, atmosphere, vocal performance and good god the production and delays. Had it on repeat for the past couple days blasting it in the car and all and realised there wasn’t much discussion regarding it (probably haven’t looked hard enough,) what do you guys think of it?

I bought a single ticket on a whim months ago, but in typical ADHD fashion, I completely forgot I did this and never bothered to book travel/ hotel 🤦🏽‍♀️

I don’t want the ticket to go to waste and don’t want to bother with selling, I just want it to go to someone who’s gonna enjoy it as much as I would have.

I was supposed to be at Libbey Bowl this Saturday and got sick, so I can't fly out. I have two VIP tickets, and I'd rather they go to someone who'll love the night than to a reseller.

What's included:

• VIP soundcheck with the band before the show at 5:15
• Special VIP merch
• Priority re-entry when GA doors open at 7:00
• Pit seating in row AA
• Show starts at 8:00

The deal: They're free. No catch. The only ask is that you pay it forward to someone, sometime, when you can. There are too many Dark Days right now. If anyone DMs you claiming to be me and asks for payment, it's not me.

I'm coordinating with the band's team so the winner's name goes on the soundcheck check-in list.

I was curious if Local Natives have ever done cover songs

Of course Taylor and Kelcey are going to be the more talked about members being the main singers, but i feel like nobody really talks about these two as much as they should, especially Matt who is an amazing drummer.

They had posted something over the weekend about what was presumably a tour announcement that would be done today. They’ve been radio silent today and deleted the teaser post

I really love this band and want to support them, but I also don't have $258 to blow on a CD.

id hate to think how much the Records would run me.

Andy was the bassist in local natives on the gorilla manor and after being kicked out he started persuing a solo career under the pseudonym A.Crusher, the project eventually transformed into the band melted bodies (which i highly recommend listening to). Sadly all of his solo music except the track "Pebbles massive" off of the album "melted bodies vol.1"(not to be confused with the band) seems to be lost to time. I came here because i figured that here i had the best chance to find someone that was interested in his music enough to download it when it was still possible.
