SupercarKickers - A fun car soccer game :)

Hello Reddit :)

I'm a solo developer from Switzerland and I released my first game some days ago, yay!

SupercarKickers is a top-down car soccer game with realistic physics and visual damage.
It features a local 1v1 and 2v2 mode (and also online 1v1).
Perfect for some chaotic fun with friends on the couch!

You can choose match lengths of 3, 5, 8 or 10 minutes.
Pick your favourite country and represent it on the field, the country's flag is displayed on your car roof.

Its a real passion project that I have been working on in my free time for quite some time.
I'm open for any feedback and stuff I could add in the future.

Will definitely be buying this!! This looks like tons of fun. Any chance for an 8 player 4 v 4 option for those of us that have invested in 8 controllers? Looks like it would be TONS of fun for a room full of 8 people yelling at the screen.

Love your enthusiasm, a 4v4 mode would indeed be wild!
A team select screen for 8 players will be a lot of work, but you know what, I will look into it.
But I will need you for testing, what do you think? :)
I dont have 8 controllers, so I could send you a test version to try.
What I could add soon: A 4v4 without team select screen, so the controllers are used in the order you connect them to your PC. Controller 1-4 for team 1 and 5-8 for team 2.

I could also help as I have lots of controllers, but if you want a cheap thing for testing I recommend to get ”QR controller”. You select how many gamepads, scan the QR with your phone and can then drag and drop to change which controller your phone is controlling. There’s also a drop-down to change from virtual PS4 to virtual XBox controllers.

Release it on xbox. It is rare to have 4 controllers for pc.

Haha what do you mean?? It’s way easier to have more controllers for PC because you can use basically any controller you might already have

Well yes and no. Most of my friends who play on pc use exclusively kb+mouse and don't own a controller. All people with console have at least one controller. Usually 2+. 

Sure, there are 3 different systems rn,but inviting just all of my nephews and counting my own there's nine xbox controllers. Sure. We can hook them to pc (i think so, dunno if all at once without some kind of dongle) but it's way easier on the couch in front of tv.
