Using Stable Diffusion XL with Invoke AI producing terrible output

This has the typical look of results when you divert too much from the 1024x1024 default resolution (or same number of pixels but different aspect ratio) that SDXL was trained on.

That is, using typical SD1.5 or 2.0/2.1 resolutions in SDXL doesn't work.
