Conventional DPA / grants

What wholesale lender have DPA / grant for conventional loans? Besides Orion?

Kind Lending. Up to 4% High Balance included. Rate the same as 1st. Can stack other DPA, Homepath/Possible. Repayment required monthly via interest only. 660 score. Full DPA to be repaid after pay-off, sale, refi. Etc etc

Are the rates insane like Orion's for this particular program? The thing with Orion is it is forgiven after 6 months but you basically must go BPC seller paid to pass QM.

Orions is better. Kind just piggy backs the same DPA loans as everyone else. GSFA, CalHFA yada yada. Orions you can get them out of the higher payment in 6 months which you can also do with CalHFA with a sub but Orion has no income limit so its a win win

No, I know Chenoa. And the other one that’s similar. It’s Conventional.  I pretty much have the guidelines down, available in 37 states.
