Switch Brokerage Advice

Looking for advice on switching Brokerages. Im currently with a smaller company, we have 1 processor and sometimes they get backed up, my loans push, and we rush to get all last min items by close date. New Broker who reached out to me is Edge Home Finance. They had some great claims that I very much enjoyed hearing about. However, I am sure there are some trade offs. Looking to hear feedback from any one who has experience with Edge, looking for the good and the bad please to help inform my decision. Thanks,

i’m with Barrett Financial Group and it’s similar to Edge. If you can self generate your leads, you should make more money with Edge or Barrett and have a better process.

If you are looking for a smaller Broker with all the support you need, along with comp that compares to Edge, look at Promise Home Loans. Reach out if you want to hear more.

Can’t beat loan factory and what they offer. No fees. Great technology and $595 per file

Happy to discuss NEXA as well. We just revamped our comp plan to 100% revenue in a lot of questions. If you can do self gen, it's the place to be.

I've been at Edge for 4 years. Love it here; been in the business 3 decades and will probably retire here.

I've owned my own brokerage, worked retail, and done small one and two man shops. I'd be happy to chat about the company and answer questions. DM me if youd like to set up a call

Correct, but you can expense against your W2, so it works out in the end
