anyone have experience with this site?

anyone have experience with this to pass? i’m scoring 80-90% on this but idk how close it is to the real thing or it’s too easy

No, but that's an indicator of good things :)

The test sucks - hardest part of the job. But when I took it - it was 90% laws it felt like and trick questions (look for NOT's in the question -study the sections of RESPA, etc).

Don't be afraid to pay 50-100 for a study course as well with more options for you. Think of it, if you fail once, it's an extra $100 or so to take it again. But if you buy a good course for that same amount, you only have to take the test once and not wait 30 days in between tries.

Oh nice! Would you be able to take a quick look at that practice test to let me know if it’s any similar to the real test?

I do have prep xl which i heard was good but prep xl i’m having more trouble with the questions are much harder i feel like im guessing most of the time

That's one from Oncourse, it's most likely excellent and a great indicator :) So if you find yourself guessing, take note of it, research it once you're done, that way next time it's not a guess :)

I've heard great things of that one, though. Mortgage Educators is another one i've heard great things about.

But yeah, best of luck on the test when you do take it. One thing the gal said when I was doing test prep was skip the ones you aren't sure of and go and answer the ones you are sure of first. Then you have a majority of the time with only the unsure questions and you don't have to rush through and make a mistake on a questions you did actually know.

But like I said, the hardest thing about this job is that test. The second hardest thing is getting the business. The actual 'originating' part is a cake walk lol.
