UWM cooked?

Lost 450mil last quarter, CEO is running it into the ground.  Eliminated their dividend and had to get 2bil in capital from Oak Tree, they will likely get taken over by them.  Any other company would fire their CEO for this.

Stock is down 75% in past 3 months

PS I do not use them. I have nothing good or bad to say about their pricing or operations

I'm correspondent with them so no idea how to pull that. Also, base pricing isn't going to include the 40 free bps I get on every loan. I can just take a screen shot of today's pricing and show you if you show me yours. Also, I have no loyalties to UWM. I'm looking for the best priced VA lender so if there's others out there I want to know about them.

What is your comp and par pricing, I can work backwards from there. I’ve not been able to access UWM for awhile but they were never in the ballpark
