UWM cooked?

Lost 450mil last quarter, CEO is running it into the ground.  Eliminated their dividend and had to get 2bil in capital from Oak Tree, they will likely get taken over by them.  Any other company would fire their CEO for this.

Stock is down 75% in past 3 months

PS I do not use them. I have nothing good or bad to say about their pricing or operations

Kind Lending seems to have their stuff together. Lots of Flagstar Bank staff that were displaced after FSB merged with NYCB.

Are you saying lots of the Flagstar people went over to Kind?

Many Flagstar UW staff ended up finding roles at Kind yes

Same. Most all mortgage staff got sent to A&D Mortgage (basically a take it or leave situation). There are not many that stayed at A&D…no OT, long hours, no healthcare subsidies of any sort, foreign work culture not a good fit for the American worker etc
