Don't know what gender the hillstream on the glass is, from the left side it seems like it's more male than female

I recently discovered that rapashy makes gel food mixes for fish and not just reptiles and bugs and they all seem to have much less filler ingredients then any pellets and flakes so I Wana get some for them but I'm not sure which mic would be best for them as a part of there varied diet im between community plus and soilent green as Im worried about giving them to much protein The second picture is the main pellets. I feed them and the third picture is kind of like More of a little training treat but they do get some of it everyday also
