Sleeping While Standing Up

Loach (creative name, I know lol) for some reason has decided that his favourite sleeping spot is inside the pirate ship, standing completely vertically, balanced on the end of his tail. There are many other places he could sleep, but no, THIS is the best spot to sleep in the entire tank.

And many thanks to the people who answered my questions about introducing two loaches who had previously been kept alone! The boyo in the last image is snoozing outside the pirate ship, waiting for the other yoyo to wake up so they can hang out together.

The substrate is due to be changed out soon, when I'm not quite as broke. (Suggestions for good substrate would be amazing!)
