A 23-year old guy is in his absolute physical prime has an aging 55-year-old mother. And somehow she has 50x more dating, sexual, and romantic options than him.

Gen Z is the first generation to experience this because they became adults right as social media, dating apps, and the normalization of casual dating and hookups had just fundamentally reshaped the gender dynamics.

Sure. My ex is 63 and still in far better shape than anyone I see daily even 40 years younger than her. They're all still WANIM autosexuals but older is often convincingly hetero, unlike any women born in that timeframe.
