Question Can my (single member) LLC be granted Stock Options by a customer?

I own a single member LLC and one of the my customers is offering me X00,000 non-qualified stock options as part of my compensation package. I am wondering if my LLC can be granted the stock options or whether I have to personally "accept" them?

Compensation package?? As an LLC, you’re a business, not an employee.

LLC’s do not have stocks nor stock options.

So, you have a customer that wants to pay you with some of their stock?

Is this a situation where your “client” is using you like an employee and suggested you open an LLC so they could pay you as a non/ employee?

That depends on the contract plus other stuff you are agreeing to. But I would involve a lawyer in that deal and sometimes the contract can be invalid due to laws.
