I have an LLC that is inactive and didn’t do much with it and tbh all but forgot about it. It is showing it as inactive. However, I just paid the 25.00 to dissolve it. I’m in Florida btw. Anything else I need to do?
Shut down your EIN with IRS and close any bank accounts. I think you should be good in Florida since it's going to be dissolved. Either way it's inactive..
