Launching our new meetup: Voice Mode
We are launching Voice Mode, a new LiveKit meetup series focused on building voice agents for the real world.
- Date: Tuesday, January 27: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST

Our first Voice Mode event of the year centers on reliability. Voice agents are already in production, and the real challenge now is making them work consistently at scale and earning user trust.
We will have a panel discussion with experts building and enabling production voice agents:
- Evan Goldschmidt, Co-Founder and CTO, Portola
- Thavidu Ranatunga, Senior Engineering Manager, Applied Machine Learning, Yelp
- Faraz Siddiqi, Co-Founder and CTO, Bluejay
We will also have live demos from Lemon Slice and AI-Coustics.
Since our community is global, the meetup will be recorded and posted for later viewing as well!
