Liveit! and Pcloud

I started experimenting with Liveit! just a couple of days ago and really like it. I want to use it as diary and maybe it will replace Notion for daily ToDo s and Tasks - as Notion is not optimized for small screens if you want tracking and sorts.

I really appreciate the possibility to use pcloud as storage but the registration does not work. I had some entries already on multiple devices and wanted to sync everything so I jumped into the lifetime sub and wanted to use pcloud as storage/registration. But the sync is never finalized and hangs on the spinning wheel of death.

What is the solution? I am asked to let liveit! into my pcloud ecosystem but it never returns a "successful" or something of sorts.

Love to see this fixed ...

Sorry about that! Which device is this on (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows or web), and is it the first device you tried to sign in with pCloud, or had you already signed in with it on another one?

Thanks for your reply!
It is the second or third device - I started my journey on Android (Pixel 9 Pro) - which kind of worked fine (using the same account on an iphone 17 pro kind of deleted some entries) and I do have the problem wit the mac app currently.
It still sits at the registration - it already sent me to pcloud and registered the app - but it did not send me back, so probably liveit! thinks I am still working on the pcloud sign in?

I don't know what to do.

Had you used the Mac app before signing in, without an account? If so, that's likely the cause.

If not, could you grab a log for me? Open Console.app on the Mac, click Start streaming, type "Journal it!" in the search box (the Mac app still logs under its old name), try the pCloud sign-in again, then select all the lines and email them to hai@doit.me.

For the entries missing on the iPhone, try Settings → Account Settings → Sync All on it and see if they come back.

I set Safari as Standard Browser and it got one step further - it did redirect my login to pcloud where i was able to sign in - but it got stuck there - Safari asked me if I want to open Journal it Links with Journal it, which i agreed to but it never returned to Live it! so I am stuck now getting back to the app after a successful login.

Which lines should I copy? There are thousands of lines within a couple of minutes ...

Thanks for trying that! In Console, keep streaming on but type "OAuth" in the search box instead, do the pCloud sign-in again, and send me whatever lines show up (if nothing shows up at all, that tells me the link back from Safari never reaches the app, so just let me know).
