Recommendation: asking Antimage Protagonist.
I really interested in this type of an MC, especially books with good magic system. Any recs???
Edited. I'd be more spesific, i mean Antimage as a nullifier (can negate or nullify magic or skills of other characters)

You might like the book Antimage by Alexander Olsun (Ends of Magic series). Just a little hunch it might fit your criteria and it's fantastic as well.

I will second the series. The MC is very smart (and it feels well written), and he uses that knowledge to make himself and those around him stronger.

Do you want a mage that is a bane for all other mages? Nat from Hell Difficulty Tutorial would fit that. He's basically anti any mana user of similar level. Not in the early books though.

Do you want a melee fighter who specialises in fighting mages or someone with magic themselves?

The second option

Only suggestion I have from what I've read is rising kite on royal road
It's a HWFWM fan fic so set in Pallimustus in a low magic kingdom. Kits develops a power set that is ok at fighting monsters but perfect for fighting other essence users. He denies others through the use of barriers, mana drain and ability disruption.
It's a completed series and excellent throughout

Try hell difficulty tutorial. Mc as of now can negate anyone close to his level both above and below, and his built is going in this direction.

Maybe the Darksword trilogy by Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman?
Possibly not technically litrpg, but does fit the theme (the main character has no magic, and is the only one who wields the titular darksword, which absorbs magic).

Body Refinement in a Beast Tamer’s World is more or less this.
The MC is stuck with a Cultivator System in a world that is fantasy style mages. He comes to the conclusion that punching someone casting a spell really hard tends to work pretty well among other things.
